The Code of the Rose

Preamble

All the members of the Society will watch over to Guild interests.
All the members of the Society swear loyalty to the Senatus, and the Senatus to its members.
All the members of the Society will respect the Role Playing Policy of Hyrkania Server.
The goal of the guild is to become a friendly, helpful and funny environment.
All members will be kicked after 50 days inactive unless reason provided.

Section 1 - Of the Senatus

1.1 The Senatus consists of the Tribune and the Ambassadors.
1.2 The Senatus is the supreme government agency, and the supreme court of justice of the guild. The Senatus has the legal authority to elect and to overthrow any of its members by unanimous decision. Tasks of the Senatus will be, to promote, demote and kick any of the members of the Society.
1.3 All major decisions are made by members approving or rejecting via voting procedure.
1.4 In a Senatus meeting, all members have equal vote.
1.5 All the Senatus decisions are approved or disapproved by the simple majority of member votes.
1.6 All the Senatus decisions are compulsory for execution.

Section 2 - Of the Concilium Belli

2.1 The Concilium Belli consists of the Tribune, the Ambassadors and the Patricians.
2.2 The Concilium Belli will meet to discuss all raiding matters.

Section 3 - Of the Ranks

3.1 Citizens

3.1.1 All new members will be Citizens for a minimum of 2 weeks and will be promoted after doing a dungeon with an Officer.
3.1.2 Those members inactive for 2 months will be demoted to Citizens unless the Senatus decides the opposite.
3.1.3 Citizens goals are:
- Know the guild rules and the guild spirit.
- Level up if needed.
3.1.4 There is no cap for citizen number.
3.1.5 Only 1 citizen allowed by player.

3.2 Partisans

3.2.1 Partisans are full members of the guild.
3.2.2 Partisan is the top rank for an alt of a guild member.
3.2.3 Partisan goals are:
- Gather resources which the guild needs.
- Level up if needed.
3.2.4 Forum registration required.
3.2.5 There is no cap for Partisan number.

3.3 Statesman

3.3.1 Statesmen are members that follow the spirit of the guild. Must be of level 50 or higher.
3.3.2 Statesman goals are:
- To be active and proposal on guild events.
- Gather resources which the guild needs.
- Level up if needed.
3.3.3 There is no cap for Statesman number.

3.4 Patrician

3.4.1 Patricians are lower rank officers and members of the Concilium Belli. They owe to follow the spirit of the guild. Patricians form our raiding force. Must be of level 75 or higher.
3.4.2 Patricians are proposal, active and friendly over all. The guild comes before themselves.
3.4.3 Patrician tasks are the same as the Statesman plus:
- Gather gold.
- Help lower members.
- Look upon Citizens.
- Help lower ranks to act in the guild spirit.
- Be proactive about guild operative strategies.
- They can invite people to the guild, but only after council with at least one Ambassador or the Tribune.
- They can remove people from the guild, but only after council with at least one Ambassador or the Tribune.
3.4.4 There is no cap for Patricians number.
3.4.5 Patricians will not be inactive more than 2 weeks without previous warning. In that case the Patrician will be demoted to Statesman until the Senatus decides the opposite.

3.5 Ambassadors

3.5.1 Ambassadors are officers and members of the Senatus and the Concilium Belli.
3.5.2 Ambassador tasks are the same as the Patricians plus:
- Take care of the guild bank.
- Count donations.
- Count Citizen test time.
- Organize and plan guild events.
3.5.3 The amount of Ambassadors will be decided by the Senatus, realizing the size of the guild.

3.6 The Leader, Potentate/Tribune

3.6.1 Potentate is the supreme representative of the guild. He/she is a member of the Senatus and the Concilium Belli.
3.6.2 In game he/she will be called Tribune.
3.6.3 Potentate has the same tasks as the Ambassadors plus:
- Must coordinate all the activities of the guild.

Section 4 - Of the loots, the donations, and the guild bank.

4.1 In a guild group/raid, all members will pass on loot (blue drops) and then decide whom to give to (keeping in mind the level of the items and the member/members that want it).
4.2 All the donations will be sent by letter/in game mail to the assigned officer/officers.
4.3 The guild bank will only accept blue and purple items of 60th level or higher. All resources, gems, alchemy ingredients will be dropped.
